A dry aromatic blend unique to Long Island, made in the North Fork style with crisp acidity, moderate alcohol, and a distinct minerality. It was fermented in steel from sustainably grown grapes using indigenous yeasts. Thomas Matthews of Wine Spectator said “Crisp and light, this white offers light apple and herbal flavors, with lively acidity and a short, clean finish. A refreshing aperitif.” 70% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Riesling.
