WIN A HIGH NOON LIGHT-UP SIGN
ABV 14.5%
Dark ruby center with crimson ruby highlights towards the edge. There is a dark and savory character to the fruit, black currant, black berry, with gravel and dark roast coffee bean. Rich on the palate, with plenty of finely structured tannins in really nice balance with the fruit concentration. The wine doesn’t feel heavy, rather muscular and defined, with plenty of savory characteristics to boast: clove, new leather, graphite, and turned soil. The wine is poised to reveal more layers with some near-term cellaring of 3-5 more years, and will drink well beyond that. Drink now–2033.
