Founded 130 years ago, La Celia is the oldest winery in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. It was the first winery in the region to plant the Malbec variety, which is currently the country’s signature variety around the world. Today, the tradition lives on in our wines which are the expression of a terroir that is unique to the world.
La Celia Pioneer Malbec is violet red in color, with outstanding aromas of fresh and ripe fruit, in perfect harmony with the delicacy of the violets and oak aging notes. Very good attack on the palate, with fruity concentration, typical of Malbec, palate medium firm but at the same time elegant. Ideal to drink with roast beef and empanadas.
